This place is the best!! We have purchased three items from here including two couches. Customer service is the best in KW. We unfortunately ripped one seem on our couch. This damage was not under warranty however Brian came out right away and fixed it anyways. I will always buy from here, amazing products and even better customer service!!

Friendly and helpful staff, ample quality furniture to choose from. The manager was accommodating in meeting a short delivery schedule. Very pleasant overall experience.

You always feel welcomed at Big Bills - the staff make you feel like you are part of their family, yet have the professionalism and expertise to help you find what you are looking for. I have purchased quite a few pieces of furniture and have always been pleased with the product. I recently purchased 4 living room chairs to be upholstered and I just love them. Prices are good and customer service is amazing. Thank you, Big Bill, for making our shopping experience such a pleasure - sometimes it's hard to find that these days!
