Ascania Jewellery and Futon Delight

This store definitely does NOT deserve the critique that the other reviewer said. I purchased my futon at a great price from this store. They have an arrangement of nice looking covers for the futons too so they do not get dirty. Countless people have complimented on the comfortableness of my bed and it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on (and I also own a good box spring). The store owner showed me every possible bed I could want and a LOT of different options for me. I would highly recommend this store, the only downside i've found is that they close early on some days.. Oh.. and they give discounts too without even asking.

I bought a Futon set for my cottage about ten years ago and the futon is still withholding. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend anybody to buy a set or maybe one of their beanbags that are made in Canada with the use of solar energy. Recently, I have returned to purchase another futon set and a beanbag.

The service at futon delight is beyond terrible. The managers ask what you want and try to shove you out the door as fast as possible. The reason for this is because they sell the lowest quality furniture you can possibly buy, and bank on low income students in the area searching out the cheapest deal, instead of going down the street to get excellent, personalized service and high quality products from The Futon Shop, for a marginally higher price. The discount futons at futon delight are not standard size for a futon frame, they're too short for even an average sized male (5'7") to sleep on. The futons are also stuffed so heavily with terrible materials that they don't fold up properly into the couch shape that every other futon will. Don't ever waste your time in this store, go down the street and pay a bit more for superior quality.
