This dealership and staff were FANTASTIC !!! My key fob didn’t work and I couldn’t lock me 2024 Dodge Ram sport GT. I called and even though they were very busy, they still let me come in and fix the problem with NO HESITATION AT ALL service staff were very friendly and informative, and being a disabled person with a service dog, they welcomed us both with open arms. If any one needs a new vehicle, repairs done, or collision work done of any sort….I would recommend this dealership over others 100%. The dealership that I bought my vehicle from turned me away and wanted me to keep my 120,00.00 truck unlocked for 2 weeks until they would fix the problem, which I was pretty DISGUSTED in their performance but Raceway stepped up and saved me from having my vehicle stolen !!!!! In my opinion if you need a new vehicle come and purchase it from RACEWAY they will always be there for you. I wish I would have bought my truck from here and not Brampton Chrysler…needless to say Brampton will NOT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE

We bought a used vehicle from Raceway and it was one of the best experiences we had. My son was in a market for a car and we came across an Acura for sale at Raceway Rexdale location. The staff there was very professional from the time we entered the door. Our Sales Agent Carlos Charlie was very friendly, transparent and attentive, the Sales Manager EJ was also very professional, courteous and had a very positive interaction with my son, and the Finance Manager Manjinder was quite knowledgeable and patient. The entire team has great synergy, they are warm and the service is exceptional!! The team was patient and courteous throughout the entire process, we never felt pressured to make our purchase. After a few visits we picked up our vehicle today and are pleased to say the least. My experience and service by Shane and Manjinder were stellar.nnIt was a very anxious start being a woman and not knowing what to expect. They took care of me as if I were their sister or auntie. They were patient and answered all my countless questions and never once made me feel as I were a bother .nnA fun experience with an amazing outcome. I love my 2024 Grand Jeep and I miss my old Jeep too. It was time to move on .nnThey move like one big happy family helping each other .
