Every time we come here now, no matter what time of day - there is only one in person cash register open with a very busy and over worked cashier. Very long lineups and wait times at that one cash. There are many reasons why customers cannot use or aren't comfortable using self checkout but need in person service. Please open up more of those, this is not a gas station.
Try getting a hold of anybody on the phone. Its like pulling teeth. When, and if, you get someone, they are clueless. They shouldn't be working with the public. Hire people that speak English. If you call the customer care line it is like Welcome to Walmart India. Then you need an interpreter to talk to them. Useless company. I guess you get what you pay for.
It was so different to the other Walmarts I’ve been to. I thought I stepped into a different world. I believe this one is permitted to sell alcohol specifically beer. I bought a case of Heineken… it was about the same price as LCBO. However, they make you use the check out line that allows alcohol sales. Definitely worth a visit!
ZERO STARS! Doesn’t even deserve the one star. I went to the photo centre in this Walmart & I literally needed only 2 pictures for a locket printed and the rep there named Hansa wasted my time and made me wait over 40mins for her to continue telling me to wait after I’ve made it clear I am in a rush and would like this done - no other customers were around. And she didn’t even print out the pictures properly - she did them in the biggest size. Now my times wasted and I didn’t even get what I asked for and had to pay. Horrible customer service.
Anyone can park in the online pickup spots, I encourage anyone to do so... they cant and will not do anything about it. I have dealt with this, and as an online shopper, I'VE been told to wait for one to leave. Doesnt seem right, I'm trying to save time, and they just dont care
The staff and managers at this store are extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive towards customers. They “HARASS” customers and children physically and verbally. I have names of staff and I made numerous complaints. They always try to find reasons to not give someone a return even if they have the receipt, are within return time frame and price tags are on. They treat customers like thieves at the checkouts and the doors. The grocery pick up’s and deliveries are BRUTAL!! Food is always messed up, rotten, bad dates, missing items all the time and food is packeged poorly. They are ripping people off!!! Be careful! Don’t shop here!! Other Walmarts are way better.
I was at Walmart today Dec 22 @ approx 1:30pm the store was super busy, so many customers being rude to staff stocking shelves. I came upon a young lady , I believe her name was Kalama. She was smiling but clearly exhausted, and still offered assistance to the item I was looking for, apologizing for the shelves being bare. Which isn’t her fault. I’ve been in this store more times than I can count and have never had such amazing customer service!
I am so lucky to meet Staff Rathika when i really need help when I am in store.i am so appreciate she treat my problems as her own , responsible and trying so hard to solve it.she bright this walmart,I am living close and this location has so great and responsible stuff there and make my life more satisfy every time shopping whith walmart.she is the person make this walmart not only selling and buying,she make the place to warm customers heart!thank you so much Rathika,you make my day.
The passport photos offered here are the wrong size for Canadian passports. Photo was rejected at Service Canada for size, came back to have it retaken and was still the wrong size. Employees tried to help me but told me passport photos are approved through a program and they aren't able to manually size them. Went to another big box store and had them taken at the proper size.
I really like this Walmart superstore. My shopping experience is enjoyable here. First of all, the place is fairly clean, this gives a good atmosphere. Moreover, the shopping carts are very smooth, this makes the shopping here quite nice. Most items are in stock too, whereas it's not so at Markville Mall. Parking at this location is not too bad.
