Great store, great customer service. The managers and staff are chill, helpful and friendly. Good inventory too.
I generally have had good experiences at Sportchek, but this location needs improvement with customer service. Just tell me you don’t have something, instead of telling me you might have it in the back and have me stand there in plain sight in front of you while you serve others. Glad I don’t live near here, but hopefully this review helps them to improve in the future.
Went to get some tennis rackets, the service was exceptional! We arrived 15 mins before close and there was a line outside, but they let us know that we will be allowed in even past close. Once inside, we were offered help and the employees directed us to the tennis rackets. After paying for them, they even helped us check in the back if there were any racket bags we could get. Great experience :
I keep coming back to Sport Chek because the customer/brand support is awesome. Returned a girls bike new and un-ridden for a different, daughter preferred one and Charlize and the SC team really had to do some extra steps to process the return. There was an impressive command of the POS system that ensured i reveived the correct credit and discounts. Very service oriented team that made a smooth transition for me. Well done and thanks Stouffville Sport Chek!
Been here once or twice. Nice variety of sweaters and jackrts. Its pretty overpriced so you should shop somewhere else.

Went for my 3rd visit to this store and again had fantastic service, the gentleman who helped me find shoes was very knowledgeable, and did not rush, his name was Teven, I highly recommend this location.
Not a very large selection in store, but very friendly & attentive staff. We were not left un attended. The good thing is if the order is placed in store, everything on the website can be shipped to store or home at no additional shipping charge!
Worked with Kevin today when looking for shoes. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Full of knowledge about shoes I wouldn’t have found the sneakers I wanted without his assistance.
Enjoyed this Sport Chek Stouffville store a lot, Smaller than most I have been too but this is a smaller community. Store laid out well and well stocked.Loads of parking available.
