I recently purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy, and it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an appliance purchase. To start, it took an unreasonably long time for the product to ship. When it finally arrived, we discovered it wasn’t working properly — it simply wasn’t washing dishes. When we contacted customer service, we were first told the dishwasher would need to be repaired. After more delays, they eventually admitted it couldn’t be fixed and agreed to replace it. This dragged out the process even further and left us without a working dishwasher for over two months. Customer service throughout this whole process was incredibly frustrating. You’re not able to speak directly with the store, which made it nearly impossible to get accurate updates or resolve anything quickly. And then, when the replacement was finally shipped, it was sent to the wrong address — even though we had confirmed our correct address multiple times. To make matters worse, once they realized the error, they refused to deliver it to the correct address, and instead made us wait for yet another shipment. This added even more unnecessary delay to an already exhausting process.nWe eventually had to go to the store in person and speak with the manager just to try to get things back on track. The entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. Best Buy needs to seriously improve its logistics, customer service communication, and accountability — especially when dealing with major appliances. I will absolutely think twice before making another purchase from them.
