I bought a Samsung TV from them in the summer of last year. I had some issues with the TV panel that could not be fixed as per Samsung. Samsung support wasn't the most responsive and basically said they would let me return it to the store and then use the credit to buy something new. It sounded good at first except I had an exceptional deal on that unit as it was end of the model year and Samsung had heavy dealer promo to get rid of it. It turned out, the only thing I can afford with that credit was a lower model , 7 or 8 series whereas mine was a 9 series. I would have to pay at least $200-300 for just something comparable. Luckily, Steve at Brentview was exceptional to deal with. He helped me from the time when I told him I had issues to going out of his way to make sure I got a deal on a new unit that I was happy with despite taking a hit on margin himself on a unit that he had already sold 8 months ago. To me this was exceptional customer service as he didn't have to. It was Samsung's fault. If I had bought this unit elsewhere, I would've had to pay out of pocket to just get a comparable unit. He was also super knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me pick a replacement model that really suited me despite the fact it's not a new sale for him. Highly recommend these guys!

I love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I didn't feel any sales pressure in my time their. Purchased a fantastic set of in-ceiling speakers and subwoofer here. They sell mid-to-high end audio equipment. Gladly will give them more business in the future.
