No response to multiple questions via ebay. The battery they sold me failed prematurely and they would't respond to my requests for help. No response at all.

The LG V20 battery I bought on ebay was cheap, and turned out to be junk lasted less than six months, started to die, and swelled up so the back of the phone wouldn't stay on. When I contacted them, they replaced it no charge, with no hassles. Great customer service!

Very good prices. Have placed about 15 orders over the past year. Have received 3 screens Out of about 25 total ordered that are clearly used and one was non functional. Several emails and calls are left unanswered. They do ship quickly but parts quality is sub-par. Still order various other items but phone screens I now order elsewhere for about 20% more $ but also higher quality.

I started a cell phone repair store approx 21 months ago. I was only repairing phones at the time and not selling accessories. The wonderfully helpful and friendly staff at Budget Electronics was patient with me and guided me in learning about quality parts and which accessories would be wisest to start selling at my store. To this day, I buy all my repair parts and all my cell phone accessories from Budget. The prices are great, but that's not the most important thing to me. They go out of their way to communicate effectively, get in special order supplies when needed, and are flexible with returns and exchanges when needed. I am expanding to a second location and I wouldn't be in this position, if it weren't for the crew at Budget Electronics. If I could vote 10 Stars...I would!!
