Apple Yorkdale

Today I visited the Apple Store at Yorkdale to return a phone. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named Shequera. She was extremely friendly, polite, and professional.nnShe made the whole process very easy for me and explained everything clearly. We also had a very pleasant conversation, and she gave me helpful information and guidance.nnHer kindness and positive attitude made my experience much better. Customer service like this is truly appreciated. Thank you, Shequera!

Went here for my birthday gift a Apple Watch Series 11 and Rohith was really helpful knew my language Tamil and had an amazing birthday experience and he was really friendly and said happy birthday which made my experience even better! I got my watch which was amazing. Love Apple and this Apple Store was amazing experience

I visited this Apple Store to help a senior friend shop for an iPhone. Since she isn’t very tech-savvy, I needed to take some time to explain her options and help her make a decision. A staff member “F” noticed us and approached, but instead of being helpful, he became pushy and tried to rush us along.nnWhile I was in the middle of explaining something to her, he interrupted with “come, I’ll show you the color options.” Before she had even made a decision, he had already gone to the back to pull inventory and then informed us that we’d “need the charging brick,” adding it to the cart without asking. When he pressured us to choose a case as well, we decided it was too much and chose to shop elsewhere. At that point, he simply put the device away and walked off without a word.nnI also asked whether they could help transfer data from her old phone to the new one. I was told to just do it at home because too many people were on the WiFi and it would take about an hour. While I’m capable of doing it myself, data migration assistance is a standard part of the Apple in-store experience and it’s one of the reasons people buy directly from Apple rather than a third-party retailer.nnA simple “take your time, and let me know when you’re ready” would have gone a long way. Not everyone shops at the same pace, and senior customers in particular deserve some patience.nnAfter years of shopping at Apple retail stores, I’m genuinely shocked by this experience. This is not the standard of customer service I’ve come to expect from Apple.

I had a very frustrating experience at the Apple Store. I came in multiple times 4 visits for the same technical issue, and it still hasn’t been resolved.nnDuring my visits, I was assisted by an employee named Gabi, and unfortunately the service was not helpful. I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously.nnI also spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would improve, but that interaction was even more disappointing. The manager came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience worse.nnOverall, I’m very disappointed. It feels like Apple isn’t the same as it used to be when it comes to customer service. From my experience, it seemed like customer concerns were not prioritized, which is frustrating after multiple visits.…

Hey Apple, I’m so happy to I get my early birthday& Valentine’s Day gift so I had a good customer service with Jessica. She’s very nice girl and I asked her about if you guys do birthday gift like as a phone case, she said we don’t do that. You should do that Apple. even I give you five stars you
