Amazing. I was in an out in no time. Kevin was extremely helpful today. He knew exactly where the product was each time. Took time to explain the differences and the prices for me. He knew every price with having to check. Checked me out in no time. Quick and easy. For people who just want to go home or is in a rush this is big.  Diversity. I have to say this is a big thing about the apple store now and I’m loving it. Very impressed. It’s not a busy time right now if you decide to pop in real quick.

I recently visited the Apple Store at Yorkdale Mall and was thoroughly impressed by the customer service I received. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me with my needs.  As I browsed the various products on display, the staff were always nearby to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations based on my needs. I was able to test out a few different products and get a feel for which one would best suit my needs.  When it came time to make my purchase, the staff were quick and efficient in processing my transaction and even offered to set up my new device on the spot. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Store at Yorkdale Mall and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of high-quality Apple products and exceptional customer service.

The store was very busy, I like that they let you browse on your own until you ask for help. Staff were friendly and certainly no shortage! I went to buy watch bands as gifts and Tony was helpful and knowledgeable about their products. He explained the differences and helped me decide which ones to get because I was buying for a specific age group. He really spent his time showing me the watch bands and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. I already took one off the shelf and when I was ready to purchase, he checked the size of the one I took off the shelf and he saw it was not the right size. Wow! Not only did he save me from returning to the store but also, from the sadness of the recipient if upon opening, the band didn’t fit her watch. ‍ So thankful for Tony! I will definitely be back to buy myself the stainless steel band.

Great customer service, Div helped me get an upgrade with my new Bell phone plan and was very patient with answer all my questions.

Very efficient, friendly staff. There was not any greeter at door, there is not any sign to indicate where Genius Bar is. Something that Apple might improve on. AirPods was replaced after they confirmed that was defective. Good customer service experience.

Apple Yorkdale is a very cool store to visit, especially in the heart of the Yorkdale mall. The Apple Store is a very cool electronic store where you can pick up headphones, iPhones, accessories, speakers, , Macs, Desktops, and chargers. The service of the staff is very on point and they assist you to the greatest extent in order to provide you great information about the products available. They also host events every now and then, contests for certain products and allow you to immerse yourself on a device or product before you buy it. Very smart marketing.

Apple Store staff in my opinion have a God Complex. They act like they sell the coolest gadgets the planet has to offer not true and us mortals are lucky to be in their presence when we visit their stores. This store in Yorkdale is super busy like most apple stores and they make it excruciatingly hard to try and meet with any of their tech staff. I had a problem with my iPhone being locked and I could not retrieve the password to unlock the activation screen of my phone. I tried explaining my problem to the check in staff in the store hoping to meet with their tech staff to try and get help, but it was of no use. Ultimately I left the store pretty disappointed and will try reaching tech support over the phone to see if they can give better service than in-store hopefully without having to deal with their God like complex.

I went in because my iPhone X was force starting and it seems to be an issue with my battery. They recommended I do a battery replacement. I said ok. I came back an hour later to pick up my phone and their declined to fix it because THEY stripped the screw while trying to open my phone then offered me to replace my phone for 800 when they ruined my phone that was in excellent condition. They purposely damaged my phone that I take of so carefully and keep it in pristine condition because I inquired about trading in my phone initially and purchasing a new device. So they thought if they damaged my phone enough I’d buy a new one.  You’d think to trust the place that is your phone manufacturer. But they just find any way to try to make you spend more money. Just like a car mechanic.
