Apple Yorkdale

Went here for my birthday gift a Apple Watch Series 11 and Rohith was really helpful knew my language Tamil and had an amazing birthday experience and he was really friendly and said happy birthday which made my experience even better! I got my watch which was amazing. Love Apple and this Apple Store was amazing experience

Went here over this weekend to pick up my birthday gift & it was super hard to find a sales person to work with because they’d say they’d be right back then disappeared. Ran away. We came for a fast transaction. However, once we got a salesperson he was very helpful and helped us get as much discount as he could.

I visited this, the oldest and the first Apple Store of Canada, after consultation with Apple customer support over phone to buy a regular iPhone 17. It took few minutes only for the gentleman over there to find and deliver that to me. I paid in cash took a photo and walked out.nnIt was crowded , too many people were busy there doing different stuffs.nnThe store , which opened way back in 2005, is just beside the South West Entrance of the big yorkdale shopping mall. Its big !!!

By far the worst manger and customer service. It’s a new launch and your short man power is their answer. The manger told me we don’t know how many people are working till the morning. But Apple knows how many people are coming to pick up since we choose the date and the times. Which means Yorkdale management dropped the ball. But want to talk to us like we are stupid and don’t matter. How about all the people who bought new products and have to wait outside for hours. It’s now 7:22 and people are waiting outside the store around the entrance and will be told to exist the line at 9pm because that’s when they close. My appointment was at 6:45-7pm and was told I have to wait in this crazy long line. But why did I get a time frame and they already took the money for the watch. So unprofessional. The line isn’t even working. The guy at the front told me I might aswell wait for a line that isn’t moving. They need new management and people who know how tot all to people.

Apple has consistently maintained its reputation for exceptional design and product layout, which have captivated users since the introduction of the Mac Classic and the first MacBook 100. However, the recent experience at this particular Apple outlet fell short of our expectations. The staff’s performance was inadequate, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere and demonstrating a lack of customer-friendly behavior.
