I have taken my laptop there a number of times for various issues. The service department is very knowledgeable and take the time to check things out. They're always upfront with causes and solutions and have never tried to up sell. Prices seem reasonable.

Got rechargeable batteries from them. One was faulty, so took them back the next day. They didn't want to do exchange or refund. The sales guy "consulted" assistant manager in the back room, said nothing they could do. I requested to speak with the manager and was told it wasn't possible because the manager was having lunch (time was 4 pm). Don't think will shop there again. Luckily Best Buy is just across the street and they are much better with refunds and exchanges.

Okay. I brought and built mine, and my friends desktop from them. They provide quality services but you need to talk to the right stuff. Some of the stuffs are really knowledgeable and some are very dumb. They carry lots of variety of items and their price is good. but they need to replace some dumb who doesn't have any iota of idea on electronics.

I'm the kind of guy who knows a lot about computers and does his research before buying a new product. CC is great for specifics but I would highly recommend buying if you've done you're research. The staff at this location have very little knowledge. Even when you know they are wrong and try to correct them, they try to convince you that you're wrong. Not a bad place to buy but don't go in if you don't know what you're looking for or need a 'professional' opinion. Pull out that smartphone and google it instead.

I am not satisfied with the laptop I bought, it was broken right from the beginning. The staff is not really helpful, it looks like they don't know much about their own products. When I asked to open the box where the laptop was, I got refusal, because 'If you open the box then you cannot return the product'. Like I was throwing it away or something. I have been away from the country the following several months and as the laptop was broken I had to use multiple service centers to fix it. It took almost 4 months to finally fix it and I am afraid it's not the end of the story. Never going to this store again.
