Terrible Service Experience with Marylena at TD Bank! 0 Star Experience. Stay far away! Another representative by Patricia could not perform a simple transaction request either.. After this horrific experience I got them to close 2 of my 3 Accounts. Soon I will end everything all together because of this rude and disgusting experience. •I’d recommend preferably CIBC or Scotiabank.

Will now continue go out of my way to drive to another branch. Came into file a check for my income tax and was questioned in a very unbecoming way that I’ve only been able in the past to cash these checks of such amounts because “I knew the teller”. The brunette teller with long brown hair was very clear my accounts history did not warrent a check of such an amount, and that the only reason I was able to cash such large amounts in the past was from knowing someone on the inside. I was offended and appalled at her accusations, left, and had my income tax check deposited less than 10 minuets later at the wonderful TD branch at tower hill on Yonge street. Thank you for making me feel that my business the last 11 years with TD bank goes unnoticed.

The Manager of customer service named Ireina, is an abusive manager who treat the employees and customer so badly and abusing her power. I have heard and seen her talking rudely and abusivly with employees and customers, playing on her phone, staying in front of the brach taking smoke breaks few times on her shifts and leaving her shift earlier that she supose too . TD really need to get in touch with her since both employees and customer seen and hurt from her behaviour. I do have videos and pictures from her in front of the branch smoking cigaret and also short video of her abusing her power. Feel free to contact me for videos and pictures.

You should stay away from this branch. Their customer service is abysmal. She is always rude and like other's mentioned you can always escalate the matter to head office. I avoid this branch and drive the extra bit to another location. Very disappointed.

Awful branch. Avoid at all costs. I’m closing my account today with TD because of such horrible service.
