I've had great experiences at this branch in the recent months in helping me with my banking. Raj is knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and always has a great attitude in dealing with all of the our banking transactions and requests. He's gets everything done in a timely manner and always resolves any issues quickly. I think he's an exceptional asset to the team at TD Bank at Towerhill.
I have reached out to Maria Spagnuolo via email following our meeting regarding my mortgage. Unfortunately, she has not responded to either of my last two emails which I basically requested her to provide me with the branch manager's email address. This lack of communication suggests to me that the branch may not prioritize customer satisfaction.
TD Bank is a commendable institution, but it could enhance convenience and security by allowing customers to access their tax documents, such as T5 papers, online. Presently, the bank solely relies on mailing these forms, a method that raises concerns about safety, security, and environmental impact. I urge TD to reconsider this policy and offer customers the choice to access tax forms online, similar to their approach with other documents. As of now, I have not received my T5 forms by mail, nor could I locate them on my CRA account. This poses a significant challenge for filing taxes. Very poor customer service with lack of communication skills. They don't reply to emails and I have tried to communicate one individual in the branch regarding my existing mortgage and no reply at all.
