Just share my poor experience buying a car wash seasonal pass in this station! Car wash closed.....Day 1,12/27/2017, day 2 12/28, day 3,12/29, I will count it until they oped the car wash . Day 4, Car wash keeps closed,today is 12/30/2017. Day 5, It is 12/31/2017, Car wash closed. I will contact Shell Canada HQ and share my poor experience with my car wash seasonal pass through all my social media. I wish this gas station can keep their service commitment to the loyal customers in this area. Day 7, it is 1/2/2018, finally car wash opened , I'd like to say happy 2018 to this Shell station.

I have the 90 days carwash pass which should give me the ultimate wash but my wash was as quick as express wash and my car came out half dirty, I won't go there any more and instead I will go to the location at Bathurst and Teston Road even though the waiting there is three times longer but it's worth it, plus they a better machine which doesn't pull your car on the belt and instead you would drive in therefore it won't scratch your rims and it shows every step of the wash so that you know you were not cheated on.

It is waste money to buy the seasonal car wash pass, it have been 4 days closed car wash already i have went 4 diff locayion, they r all close, i dont know why I buy the seasonal pass without the sevice, asking the shell hq, it seen they didnt care. Please dont buy any car wash pass from shell. Dont waste your time and money. Go to perto canada, at least they are always open their car wash.. u suck shell, never have my business anymore

Despite that the staff need more training here, Shell Customer Service from their head office is really helpful. They are willing to provide solutions to help their customers. We bought a gift card here without activated successfully in earlier June. Because we don't have the receipt, when we went back and speak to the Shell staff, they completely refused to help or investigate. Then I wrote an Email to Shell Customer Service group (found email from their website), a representative reached me pretty fast and helped us activated the gift card later in June.

Their carwash is more broken than McDonald's ice-cream machine. If you want to waste your money on a season pass, use this as your main place of choice.
