RBC Royal Bank

Great branch! I go to this branch very often. The staff are so friendly, the branch manager ready to help the clients. She was so kind, and cooperative with clients. The staff always ready to do their best for clients. I highly recommend this branch to evereone.

I went to the branch twice. The staff was so lazy especially the branch manager not ready to help the clients. She was so mean. They hold my draft for one week for no reason. The lady said to me this is our policy i cant do anything.so why are you sitting as a manager. If you know someone personally then you do override. Every time i visited this branch was empty. Nobody wanted to go this branch. RBC giving poor customer service.

Avoid this branch! The staff are incompetent. You'll save yourself days of headache by simply using another branch. My brokerage is walking distance to this branch and I've brought several cheques there from my employer. They consistently put ridiculous holds on them because they're too "large." Unfortunately they don't define large. It most likely means "Too large for a young black man that's not a Rapper and doesn't play for the Raptors!" Disgusting! This nonsense still goes on in 2016!

Always under staff. I don't usually write down stuff but it was I believe my 5th time seeing this. 14 ppl on the line up with only 2 staff working. Took me over half an hour on my Saturday to finally see a teller. Very bad management. Won't waste my time next time here.
