I am incredibly amazed with the level of service I've received at this particular branch. They are all top notch professionals. I've an exceptionally pleasant dealing with one of the tellers who's name is Brenda. She is alwyas pleasant, and very helpful. What else could you possibly want from a bank. Very happy to bank here

Worst experience with the branch manager, Kathy, and their service! Their ATM machine took our money without proper deposit or receipt. Immediately reported it to the manager and they said they will contact the ATM service company and fix it. They did not contact for a week. Called several times, went back and asked again. After a few weeks they called me saying there is no overage and that I am not telling the truth. Anyway, after more than a month, involving TD customer care, Police and lawyer, they admitted their mistake and returned our money. My advice: take your money and run away from these thieves.

Kathy is amazing. She is dedicated and willing to listen and answer my crazy questions, even on her day off! I'm moving far but will atill be coming back to this branch for the amazing tellers and mutual fund advisors.

We have had a very good experience at this branch. Michael Longo, investment advisor and Mehrnoosh Fathniatabar are the best, they are very professional and helpful with excellent customer service. Special thanks to both of them.

They wouldn't provide a service numerous other branches (including their own) have provided in the recent past. A simple description of the cheque i am depositing so that when I look at my online account I can keep track of whats being deposited from where, I think they're just being lazy to be honest. Having a business account I would expect more.
