I have been an RBC customer for 35 years. Everyone at this branch is very helpful and friendly.

Some of the tellers are fine, but the last teller that I unfortunately encountered was rude and should not be placed in front of customers.

This bank is absolutely fantastic. I was a long time customer of one of the other big 5 banks and their service was lackluster. I would receive frequent calls asking me to purchase insurance that I had stated I have and was uninterested in.

This bank treats me with respect and all of the tellers are personable and a pleasure to deal with. I could not be happier.
