I went to this location a few days ago with my husband.I had to fix a problem with my card, and my husband had to deposit a cheque to a business account.nnThey had 4 tellers working that day......none of them knew how to help us.nnMy card got locked out i had to reset my pin , they did not know that was the problem. they told me that on their end my card was working fine. however when i went to use it at a store it got declined.nEach person working that day had no idea what was wrong with my card.nnI went to a different branch next day and right away they knew what was problem with my card.nnmy husband needed to deposit a business cheque into business account...but they deposit cheque into personal account instead. then they had to transfer funds back to business account.the 3 chinese and 1 afghan had no idea how to put the cheque into the machine. she did it backwards.nnBoth my husband and i were getting very frusterated.. we had our newborn baby with us nobody apologize to us. the 2 other chinese tellers were talking in own language and laughing.nthey got their boss sogand to come out to help, but even she did not seem to know how to help fix the problem with my card.nthat is very bad customer service. we will not be visiting that location again.nunfortunately, we orrder the cheques from this location, that will be the last day that we will visit location when we pick up the cheques.nI went to another location next day.. and they knew right away what was the problem with my card.
Took 25 mins for three transfer and some cash out of my business account due to new employee training when I have to run back to my work... Didn't even ask if that's ok. Maybe you guys should have demo software where the new employees can practice enough before being on the job. The slowest BMO I've ever been.
Winnie was absolutely the best teller/customer service representative I've had the pleasure of meeting. Very patient and Excellent customer service. I am a new customer and definitely pleased with the help. Highly recommend Winnie for a raise and further advancement. Great work to the management that hired this professional. Thank you
This BMO branch for me is 5 star from tellers who are very accommodating, manager & to the staff especially Behnaz Vardast who is very professional & went above & beyond to resolve my issues. I will highly recommend this branch.
We have been business customers here for several years without any issue however, recently the service received from this branch has been extremely poor and the manager's response to messages and emails has been non existent. The tellers will speak a different language between each other at the counter while they are serving clients. Totally unacceptable and makes customers feel they are discussing them. The new staff here lacks customer service skills, common sense and can benefit from coaching if they want to avoid losing loyal customers.
