Poor service and low efficiency. Couldn't find manager on duty. People got angry on line. Good for practicing your patience.

I am pleased the former manager, (GM) has left. He was difficult to deal with and never available. However I do not know who the new manager is. Staff at times are intentionally unavailable. Seldom are there enough tellers available.

Good place and helpful staff, unless it's busy. Then be prepared for a long wait.

Horrible service here every single time. Needed a special letter for government - Phonllie (Financial advisor) - had no idea what she was doing. As if she wasn't even listening to what I needed. Never received a call to pick up my letter. Called head office to complain - still got the wrong letter, but was charged for it. Switching banks asap.

Staff are COMPLETELY incompetent, could not differentiate between a P.O box number and address. Turned me away and did not offer to help, staff also were talking about me as I left. COMEPLETELY unprofessional
