RBC Royal Bank

Every time I’ve had to go into this branch I’ve had a poor experience. Today was the last straw for me when I was explaining my situation to the teller and she constantly cut me off and gave me attitude for no reason. The level of unprofessionalism at this branch is quite literally embarrassing for a group of adults working for a financial institution. I asked her why she was being so rude as I’d just like to discuss this matter. It’s noticeable how differently you’re treated if you aren’t Iranian or speak Farsi. I went straight to CIBC and opened an account, and will be closing all banking services with RBC.

As a long time RBC client, I have been using this branch for convenience as it is close to where I reside. I have experienced several challenges dealing with tellers, and some managers at this branch. They do not seem to be trained or understand basic protocol, but most importantly they lack understanding about who the client is and how they are supposed to service clients. Recently I have had yet another poor experience and no matter what I said, I was not heard. This branch needs an overhaul and I don't think I can use them again. It really makes me question my loyalty to RBC as a client. Whatever happened to the times when staff in branches took time to know their clients!nVery disappointed!

I only go there because this branch is so close to me. Don’t normally rate but here it is. Most unprofessional staff who cut you off almost every single time. They also team up against clients and speak in a different language right infront of younot just my experience.Other than Sahar Anbari, everyone else is rude and ignorant. Ive been an RBC client for roughly 20 years and have never experienced anything like what this branch has to offer. Today I also talked to the manager hoping to fix something on my account profile and she basically told me that she is sorry that I feel that way and thats how it is with RBC. However I called the RBC and they fixed my account profile issue over the phone !!!This branch is a shame to the name, history and reputation of such financial institute. I only go there because it’s so close to my house and every single time i tell myself it worth the drive.

Just spoke to Ankush may have wrong spelling; we spoke on the phone and he resolved my issue quickly and professionally. He's competent, friendly, and gets the job done.nnThank you so much for making my Saturday smooth, and not filled with holds or incorrect information I'll have to circle back to. I plan to call this branch in the future

Terrible branch, almost closed my account after 40 years at RBC due to the ineptitude of the cashier and manager, zero common sense and brains. Big difference with the King City Branch, excellent service and a Manager with great common sense and great business capacity.nnI will never return to that branch 12935 Yonge St, Richmond Hill
