They don't value their customers. No respect for Clients and completely unprofessional. They services force me to open account with TD bank and transfer all my transactions after working with RBC for 7 years. My suggestion is to build your history with the bank which values their customers. They don't deserve your business.

Customer service is very bad.  I had to come in to the branch to resolve an issue on the account in-person but was advised that I have to call general line as nothing they can do at branch level. When I called to general line they were  surprised that branch didnt complete transactions on their end.  Branch manager is not responsive and doesnt return calls until you phone her several times. Very poor customer service,  I would not recommend it to anyone. Branch at Yonge/Canyone hill is the perfect example of high quality customer care.
