I come here all the time to make transactions and the bankers are very helpful. The tellers are very nice and they guide you nicely. I had problem with one of my transaction and lady was very helpful. She went ahead and showed me how to deposit money and remove it with less limit on ATM. I am trying my best to get a locker here for my personal items to be kept in the bank. Thank you so much TD bank for good service.

The manager there is not cooperative at all, and some of the mortgage specialistsDharsini K Wignarajah there, doesn't know the courtesy to speak with the customers. She thinks that she is in that office since last 13 years, so whatever she says, we just have to nod our head and can not ask any questions. Also her facial expression is kind of arrogant to put down the customer.

The people in the bank are friendly and helpful but more often than not, the parking is a freaking nightmare. If you park in the lot out front of the bank, your bound to get blocked in by everybody that either can't read or think they are above the rest of us and park in the No Parking zones blocking all traffic each way. You could find yourself waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get back out and on your way again. Sometimes there is no parking at all except on the other side of the plaza all away around the corner due to all the people that park in the plaza parking lot who are there to see people across the street in those apartment buildings. Been like that for the last 8 years I have lived in the area.

Worst bank and branch ever people at the branch. They don’t know how to do their work they don’t proper explain to you they tell you to call easy line when I call Easy line they told me to go to the branch they made me go to the branch three times in one day and call them three times and at the end of the day the problem was not solved because the employees at the branch they felt to give me the right information when I called and the right information to bring with me when I visit the branch Very uneducated employees
