Extremely bad service. I deposited a cheque in my account on 29th Jan. Teller said that I will have funds available in 4 days. Today is 5th bussiness day and the funds are still not available. Tried talking with the Assistant Manager Jacqueline Rose but was not able to help at al contacted the customer service and they said its upto the branch discretion. Such an old scholl bank that they cannot even access a digital copy of the cheque. I have a family emergency and need to send funds to my parents and now they say funds are not available untill Monday. Guys plz dont bank with Rbc. I regret banking with them because of their poor service .

Not quick service but friendly. Staff actively tries to get you the best deal on exchange and are helpful when it comes to what adviser you may need to make financial decisions.

The sad thing about banks is that they will find every opportunity to suck every bit of money from ur earned income....and RBC Bank excels to the top for such an attempt.... I cleared off my car loan last Monday and they charged me additional interest for the time they took processing my cheque...no matter how long they take to process the request, the clients have to pay for their delays i guess....
