RBC Royal Bank

On Friday, many clients lined up to do services, but only 2 staffs are available to do. Whoever owner is taking care of this location plz make it easy on staffs and good for customers. Tired to line up every time to visit.

One of the bank in GTA full with lazy employees. No one wants to work or help but ready to prompt for appointments. Even a 2 minutes job you have to book an appointment. Recent experience of opening a bank account in this branch was a nightmare and highly disappointing experience. After wasting few hours, eventually, left this branch and got opened new account in different bank without appointments.nWe have shortage of staff this is what receptionist mentioned again and again.nNot recommended at allnWhy this branch is being operated , RBC has to think about this or change th we staff completely

I met with Nauman Gul On Saturday he’s very knowledgeable about investment i so sweet and he gave me all the support I needed on how to invest my money wisely I was thinking of leaving this branch until I met him. He’s such a good funny guy who would make you very comfortable. I recommend him.

Due to a meddlesome clerk and his meddlesome manager, I am lowering the 5 stars I previously gave to just one. Unfortunately, their only skill seems to be requesting ridiculous additional documents.

So I went in to this RBC location around 4pm, it was super busy and only 2 people working but still I went and waited for a very long time, not acceptable. Finally my turn came and this lady working there was wearing a mask. I coughed a little bit I have asthma I am asthmatic so yes I do cough can’t control it. But we are human we cough or sneeze doesn’t always mean we are sick, and this lady working there was like oh you have a cold, I said no and she backed off and was acting weird and she took my card with a tissue. Like Really that’s unbelievable. Just don’t work if you’re that scared to get sick or something. Unacceptable from RBC, never going to this branch again who treat customers like this.
