The service is good, however it seems that whenever I need assistance, no one is around to help.  One of the Fortinos staff members was kind enough to provide an answer as to why the pavilion was empty at 1020 when the opening time is 1000.   Regardless of the reason, not showing up at the specified time is unacceptable in my opinion.
