I had a horrible experience with the bank just this morning. I was waiting for more than 15 minutes, but nobody came to help me! The lady at the desk had even come to tell me that she was serving other customers. She could've sent someone else to help me, but no. I would suggest that they should respect all their customers equally. I just went to get change. It wasn't fair that I had to wait. Time matters a lot in Canada.

Opening an business account in this branch was the biggest mistake of my life. As a new account holder they already held our cheques for 3 months and now the account is almost 2 years old and they still don't want to release the full amount because they don't know us. Looking for other baking options.

Extremely unhelpful, discourteous and rude person. She was probably part of management. Refused to assist me even though she could have.

Zero customer service skills... they would rather talk about what they did last night than do their job... always has a line up and most employees don't know how to be professional. Seriously need to start banking with someone else...

Very professional service. Quick and easy. It is 10 minutes further than the Westwood location for me, but well worth it. TD is a great bank and I like having the all inclusive saving account. Thanks
