I found its too exposed to public and there no real privacy.

absolutely disgusting!!!! 

BMO has absolutely the worse by far the worse customer service. After they made me run around Toronto looking for a bank on 8 prince andrews drive that actually does not exist. 
I asked the so called "manager" really a personal banker for my statements for the past year.  I was advised to print them on line myself and or pay $5.00 per month. customer service at it's worse.

My friend has been begging me to switch over to Scoti for years. Perhaps it's about time.
