Worst and most unprofessional staff when handling accounts, Office staff is very judgmental. Never likes to earn a client, Staff never contact you back. Lots of demand for unnecessary paperwork. I took an appointment for line of credit, when i reached there to meet an adviser, he was not there, so other adviser took me to his cabin, he did not even care to listen me more then 2 minutes and suggested me not to apply or i will get rejected. And real fun is other bank across the street gave me big line of credit just by checking my payroll.
I suggest there are lots of other option, so don't just jump into it, particularly in this branch.

This is a surprise to see a branch full of incompetent employees. Not sure if this is the standard of the others branches too but obviously this particular branch has no training on customer service, system operation and bank regulations. Neither the manager or the teller could provide a solution and by calling TD they advised on phone a branch level employee should be able to resolve the matter which obviously they couldn’t. Pathetic in one word.

This is the worst service I have experienced in last 10 years. Let me tell you the story- I wanted to open a RESP for my kid. I came here about 10 days back, someone from customer service told me that everyone is busy, so I left for that day and went back again a week after. Another lady from cusomer service said that I needed to bring my son’s birth certificate and SIN card what they should have told me on the first day. Anyway I left that day and came back today, one advisor told me to bring my wife as my son’s tax benefit is under her name. I was naturally frustrated and wanted to talk to the manager just to inform her that how the bank is treating their customer but she (Farrah Ahsan) did not even show the courtesy to see me instead she sent message through her staff that she is busy, if I want They can book an appointment some other say. Just speechless. I do not have any problem to provide all the required documents and show up the right person but my questionis that why A customer will be treated in that way? Do they really care about the customer?

Only one advisor every weekend and long waiting time. Arrogant help desk guy. Some advisor even don't know correct information about various plans and banking system.

Front counter tellers are helpful. Didn't come here for any other banking services.
