TD Canada Trust

Probably one of the worst TD branches I've ever visited. Extremely slow and the staff are not very knowledgeable. This must be evident with the high turnover of staff at this branch as every time I visit this branch I see new employees. I've had several issues with my accounts because of their lack of expertise. I think this issue really needs to be looked after by TD head office. I'm more than happy to switch banks due to the many issues I've had with TD that tend to stem from this particular branch.

Don't deposit your cash through the machines here. 2/5 Stars - Friendly and helpful employee. -3/5 Stars - Machine ate $100 (only got half of it credited back after 3 weeks), almost always spits out other bills, kind of slow (To be fair the location is busier than most)

My daughter deposited a certified TD cheque from another Branch but the teller and the manager told that the funds will be available after 5 business days. Don't understand why can't bank verify the cheque from another branch and release the funds immediately. The bank charge for certified cheque but don't honor it. Or the staff is not trained to understand difference between a certified cheque and ordinary cheque. Something is terrible wrong with this branch. I am a TD customer for 25 years and never heard of anything like this before.

Unreliable branch, poor costumer service they think they own their clients. Most td branch are friendly and approachable (thumbs up) not this Scarborough town branch, they don't really deserve a single star. How pathetic that you need to give them one star to make a review or comment.
