Went when it wasn't really busy. Staff is quick to help and answer any questions along with being polite towards clients.

Not the best td I went to. I went there to open an account with one of the reps so I had an appointment he made me wait an hour,  what is the point of an appointment if you are not going to follow it.  So I did the paperwork for the account and till this day the account hasn't been made. Didn't bother to go back, just went to another bank. This is a really old bank, and this is where I first opened a bank account. Everything looks clean and nice here but the workers there give me a screw you vibe.

I also think Niro is an compassionate banker. I 've got great service from him.. oh.. recently coin machine was disappeared...sad..
