The tellers are nice and helpful but some of the other employees are very unprofessional and lazy I must say. Today I had an appointment with an advisor named Taslima regarding my mutual funds. I arrived on time with my wife and 2 little kids and we were told to be seated by the front desk. We waited for about 45 minutes but the advisor didn't show up. Nobody could tell us what was going on, neither anyone else came forward to assist us. Kids got bored and started playing around so a lady (probably the manager) was so annoyed that it came out through her expression. That was enough by then to make us walk out without getting any service. I'm probably not going to this location anymore, specially to meet any of their advisors.

Worst branch to deal with. Don't sign up here, the staff here don't know what they're doing. They put my deposit in the wrong account and my account went NSF because of that and didn't own up to their error. I was also verbally abused due to the staff raising their voice on me and speaking to me in aggression.

Worst experiance never tried to help the customers at all even if you give them a valid reasons for any type banking...🤣plus they keep you un attented for hours and give you an un predicted answers to ur questions ???

Usually crowded at times. But staffs are really helpful.
