Been a client here for 8 years. Sometimes it's slow. My favorite teller is Nicole. She's the best. Parking lot is horrible.

The lack of knowledge that the staff have is very disappointing. The employees need to educate themselves on the services that TD has to offer. 2 out of the 5 staff members I've dealt with kinda of know their jobs. The rest are clueless. Step your game up TD.

A good location but the parking is a mess and the lines take a while to get through.

Branch is ok. Wait time for teller isn't too long. Once I went to apply for credit card the FSR applied for a line of credit for me along with a credit card (never authorized the application for LOC) Always on the rush to sell you something you don't need. I would recommend that the branch manager walk the floor to offer customers with banking need that can be done at ATM rather than having everyone in line. I notice CIBC & RBC managers does that. Other than that I find everything ok.

Where do I begin? First off, the parking lot is a disaster. It is tiny and usually always full. It is also really hard to manuever around in and I've been almost hit twice in it because people aren't looking. Secondly, the customer service reps here are generally bad. The one instance that made me certain that I was going to gove this place 1 star was when I went to withdraw cash, I was short changed $20. I brought this up to the girl helping me and without hesitation she said that she gave me the full amount. I again told her that it wasn't the case and that I was missing $20 and had to slowly go through and explain the entire scenario to her. She again tried to tell me that she gave me the full amount and I had to explain AGAIN that she did not. She finally decided to check on her end and realized she left one of the $20 bills on the machine in the back and apologized. Terrible customer service. Shouldn't you check your side first instead of arguing with the customer that I am wrong? I am just lucky I didn't walk away and notice away from the desk that I was short changed because then I would've had an even harder time proving my case. I only still come here because it is close to home, most of my banking is done online.
