TD Canada Trust

I've never had a branch try so hard not to keep my business. This isn't a big bank or TD issue my experience was definitely isolated to this branch.

Came in here to figure out why my direct deposit wasn't transferred from another country. While one worker was helping me, more people came in. He got interrupted by another worker( what seems to be middle-aged blonde lady) to stop helping me and deal with people in line. Unbelievable. Thanks for nothing.

ZERO stars! BIG banks... Don't get me started. Option: Credit unions. Minimal/no service charges. Van City rules! 55 & up? No charges for most services. AND the $$ stays in our community!

It seems like this bank isn't well organized. They always tell you something diffrent. Whatever you want they'll try to make it impossible for you to get it. I am always upset to go there. Never had a good experience

I have been comparing backing options for myself this week. Clara Zacharko was able to explain all my banking options and visa options. She was very helpful. I collected data from all the major banks in the area and decided that TD was the best choice for my needs. I booked another appointment with Clara and she took the time to help me create my accounts and apply for the TD Visa card. Thank you again for your service. I would recommend this branch to anyone.
