RBC Royal Bank

Cashed a cheque. Looked online a few weeks later, cheque was reversed. Went to RBC, they claimed it was never deposited. Called RBC customer service for more info/help, they couldn't find anything. Called the company that handles employee payments, gave them my pay stub number, found and emailed me proof cheque was cashed successfully, I printed the receipt and headed to RBC. Talked to the teller one last time to inquire about it (before showing my evidence). Lady said "Nope nothing we can do it was never deposited". Took out my proof it was transferred. She said, "Oh, ummmmmmmm.... hold on." Over ten minutes of her typing on the computer and finally told me the funds will go back in my account in a few business days. No apologies or anything from my weekly long battle at this, absolutely nothing. So glad I took all my money out of RBC. Never going back there again. Awful service.

Parking monitored by Diamond parking. Went to bank to grab cash then to safeway to grab a drink and came back to a ticket .. disputed ticket with receipt from atm and they said to bad and have since sent me a letter threatening that my vehicle is marked for towing. After looking online seem a common scare tactic from this disreputable company and will no longer be parking at any lot serviced by them. Will never pay a ticket for parking at a place i do business even if i go somewhere after, it's an inconvenience you cannot expect people to incur and should immediately change parking companies to distance yourself from these predators.
