Poor business line up. Very confusing was not impressed hopefully changes happen because I like using this location but this time I had to leave and find another branch

There have been some good staff over the 9 years I've been a customer but for the most part it is slow going. They rotate staff constantly therefore no-one knows who you are and this makes things even slower along with having to get signatures to deposit cheques over a thousand dollars because they're new.

This is a really great bank, however it is sooooooo slow!!! If there are more than 2 people in line I simply will not go in. Its nice to have a bank which is friendly but when it takes 15 mins to see the clerk when there is just one customer in front of you and three desks open but busy they needs to work out a solution!

Worst TD branch I have been to. They are very, very slow and unprofessional and often make mistakes.
