My experience with this branch is not that bad.. I guess it’s my lucky days when i went there.

I had to wait 20 minutes to reach the counter and 10 minutes took the staff to finish my service. Pathetic experience.

If i to give rating i would give 0 for the customer service of this branch. Very very poor customer service. I had submitted my application via financial adviser, he promised the application will be completed in a week, however He went to vacation by giving application to other advisor and asked me that he will call me regarding my application, I did not get call for a week and then i contact branch finally met the advisor and to my surprise this know nothing about my application and my application file got misplaced they did not find it. so i had to do whole application again with this other advisor, Again he promised that he will do best , the application took 4 months...!! really pathetic experience, would not get any application processed by this branch again in future...!!

Bad design of doors. Having parking lot at the back and door at front. Makes senseless. During snow or icy times have to walk all the way to front. Never seen a design of construction like this.

Never go here if you are in rush. They don’t have business banking window.
