The guy tellers are really nice. They are friendly and polite. More than that they know how to treat a customer. 

Lady staff need some politeness training especially new joiners. 

The Manger who I met was very friendly and was happy to receive a feedback and promised to improve customer service.

With over 30 years as a customer with TD. I must say that this Branch is the worst ever. This branch is three minutes from my home and it will so sad that I must go to another branch. The Tellers , especially the younger ones ,"DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER." This branch needs to be stripped of the bad Tellers.They are not even trained properly. I would like to know who hires these people. Do they have their family as the bank manager? The CEO will hear about this, if even if He Or  SHE cares.If there was a zero star, that will be my rating. Hope for the branch sake someone purge this nonsense at this branch.

They deserve 0 star, customer service has no means for them, This branch should bring to media's attention instead of their head office....

Lady Staff at teller station was very cooperative. So was Finincial advisor.
