Just recently started going to this location and I'm glad I did. Probably the best service I've seen in the banking industry in a long time. The bank tellers have always been nice and I've never been stuck in long line ups here. Cynthia is one of the best financial reps I've dealt with. She's always been extremely helpful and kind. Never rushes through your appointment and helps answer any questions/concerns you have. Will definately recommend her to friends and family.

I recently opened an account with this TD location, they have been very respectful, honest, and willing to help.
A gentleman by the name of "Sonny" has made each visit stress free. He's done what he can to give me the best quality customer service. Solid as they come, and I'm sure the rest of the employees at this location are willing to help just as much.

Brutal service. As a long time banker with TD/Canada Trust, i cant wrap my head around how terrible the service is here. I always get the run around with a bunch of lip service and never get solid reasons as to why. As a small business owner, its down right terrible practice. Sad that i have to travel out of my way to bank at other locations to avoid these issues.

I wish I could say good things about this branch but I have had nothing but bad experiences. They have mis-scheduled appointments and asked that I grab a coffee and come back in an hour, they have promised an email and it never came, the manager simply does not care.
When I tried to discuss the issues they get extremely defensive and childish. I'm sorry but they give off nothing but unprofessional scatter-brains. I really gave it the college try but TD Mission simply doesn't care about their customers.
As a follow-up: If only I could give zero or negative stars. As another review here says - fees fees fees. We pay so that they can be the intermediary to a faceless entity. Paper pushers that do not have the ability to do anything beyond state rules and policies.
The manager is childish in correspondence and views himself as the big businessman but as the rating here shows... customer satisfaction doesn't factor into his "business plan". It isn't in my financial best interest to switch - yet.

Awful service. Never return email or voicemail. Been such a headache. Very disappointed. Will not us td ever again for anything
