Takes an hour for 2 simple transactions, extremely long lines and waits. Once you speak to a teller they tell you to call in or do it online. If I wanted to do then I wouldn’t come to the branch. Moved my investments to another provider and I am much happier.

Had the worst experience ever. One of the managers named Darshan was so rude and simply ignored what we were trying to say. She simply left the counter making weird faces after saying what she had to say without paying heed to what we were going through. We left all our work and came specially for a transaction and she ruined our day with her pathetic service. The manager is supposed to be polite and should be able to resolve the situation and she acted very rude instead of being sorry for her misbehaviour. CIBC is the best in terms of customer dealing. I’ve been a customer of TD for over 6 years now and my all inclusive account and mortgage account are with TD but I’m thinking about moving to CIBC and also recommend my friends and relatives to avail the services of CIBC instead of TD to avoid the poor service from such employees like DARSHAN.

as others said, the lines are long which is true. some staff are better to deal with than others. decent location nonetheless
