See. BMO is amazing. Sure sometimes the service is slow, but that's the case at any business and bank. 

They're friendlier than a lot of other banks I've been in, and in my opinion and experience, they care more about the people than the people's money.

Terrible service and extremely slow. Disrespectful bank manager. They only seem to care if you deposit quite a nice sum of money or have a business account. Not very accommodating or pleasant to talk with.

Trying to call and make an appointment at 3:00 on a Wednesday. Every time it says they're closed and will return to be opened on the same day I'm calling! So now I have to drive there and do it in person.
