Totally incompetent staff at this branch , booked an apt for 10 am for 1 hr to open a new user account , sat in the waiting area for about 15 mins before approaching a lady behind one of the counters who completely snubbed me first and then kept asking me what is my client card number even though I’m there to open up a new user account , then around 10:35 another guys showed up and told me we tried calling you at 10:15 , well now it’s too late as it is 10:35 so we will have to reschedule . Dhevin gill the financial advisor I booked it with never even showed up outside as he was supposedly busy even though he had an appointment booked with me . Lazy and pathetic , can’t believe people trust these guys with their hard earned money
You can almost guarantee there will be a line up out of the door and 2 or 3 tellers moving at a snails pace! Always a massive line! Don't come here if you're in a rush!
It was not good experience.. employess have nothing to do with bank reputation.. i went to open my kids account.. they helped in nothing.. they were just bzzy in explaining about mutual funds..about which i told many times i am not interested.. but they explained nothing about kids accounts system..they force you indirectly to invest in mutual funds.. this is very bad of them..specialy that simrata madam and changezi khan... very dissappointed from employes of this bank.. i had to go to some other bank then i opened my kids account in 5 minutes...but rbc system very bad...
One of the worst branches that I ever had and one of worst managers. I was with my mom and she cant speak english and I was going to speak for him and they refused and received my card and they didn't give it me back
I opened a bank account, the person there wrote my name wrong, I told them about it and he said it was fixed.. then I received lots of documentation with my name wrong and a credit card that I couldn't use..
