I have had nothing but problems with this bank and branch in the past month. A manager behind a desk with her broken English and fake smile starts to give me the run around. This female manager says she is working on finding out why a hold on my tax refund and is there, however she is giggling like a little school girl with a teller like making me wait is some sort of a game. May money and the unknown reason for the hold on my account is NOT a game or funny in the least. People at that branch need to be fired.

I'm pretty sure TD charges me more than any other bank for business and I get one business teller handling 5 years of banking for the person in front of me.
