CIBC Branch & ATM

More often than not, the ATM's are low on cash. Today, one was completely out of service and the other was only able to dispense less than half of what I needed. I had to use the RBC across the streer and pay a service fee to withdrawl. Ive never experienced this with any other CIBC location.

My card was locked by CIBC for some safety features. I went to branch . There was Ms Christine. She is an amazing staff. She helped me through all process of getting new card and activating my online banking. It took me lot of time but she was very patient. She was very helpful, and professional. She knows her work very well. Thanks to Christine.

Christine at this branch seems to always have the correct knowledge and always goes the extra mile to help customers, THREE times i had to seek her out to get CORRECT information after being given wrong information. She is my go to person at that branch ……CHRISTINE needs a raise !

Went this week about my Costco Mastercard,I had a great help from an employee from Mumbai. I forgot her name. Thanks
