No issues... I have had my car loan, checking account, car insurance, home insurance there for about 3 years. No problems whatsoever.

Nothing but a waste of time and misinformation. Each employee tells you something different resulting in coming and going a million times and plenty of waste of time appointments. Will it ever end?

I've had nothing but bad experiences at envision. In 2011, I went in to close an account I was no longer using except for tax refunds. The bank employee convinced me to keep it open saying "it will cost you nothing" so I left it open and didn't change my banking info for tax purposes. Now, I find out I've been paying $2 a month since then for that account! When I went in to close it now and argue for my money back the manager was rude, condescending, acted like it was my fault, and eventually agreed to refund part of my money but not all- telling me I could take it or nothing at all! I will never bank here again!

Pathetic. Every time I go to cash my cheque it's beyond busy and only 2 tellers there to help a half an hour line up. Definitely switching to a different bank after this recent credit card mixup as well... Cannot admit to their own mistakes and one person in particular is rude.
