Rotten services here! So slow. Avoid if possible. So many people and only 2 cashiers?!! Who thinks this a good idea?!
Had a very good experience at this branch. diljinder K. Mangat was really nice and patient. Made sure I have all the info I need and brought up some things I might not be aware of which I really appreciated. 100/100
It was TD's mistake & i went there for asking, there was a lady, her name was sona or mona, something like that her name was, she was so rude to me, even she didn't listen my side & she started screaming, big zero for TD
The tellers are nice enough, but management is terrible. Always short staffed, waiting for over an hour is the norm. Stopped going to this branch completely, not worth wasting your time. They hired a security guard instead of more staff to actually work in the bank. The security guard wouldn't be necessary if you were adequately staffed and people weren't waiting forever! Also, the business line needs to be brought back!
This Brach need more staff. Always here over an hour wait. I suggest busy hour bank should keep more employees. Because everyone has valuable time. Today I asked about wait from manager than she spoke 20 min. I already was waiting since hour. So I feel bad service. Td bank need to see this type of issue. Today all customers were unhappy.
Horrible customer experience. That is not the fault of the staff as they’re clearly very understaffed. To have to wait around for 20 minutes and not be greeted for something I was called back for is unacceptable. I appreciate the help of the staff once that help came but I would certainly avoid going in at all costs.
Very disappointing to wait in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the counter I was told to come back another day and that they cannot serve me as it was 8:06 pm. They don't take more than one deposits. My point is if they could not serve me- one can communicate and I don't have to wait in line For twenty minutes. I have problems with their atm not reading the cheques all the time so I go to the teller. One of the ladies by the door told me to go outside and use the atm. At night and in the dark - it's not safe at all. Usually there are homeless around lurking around. This bank used to have friendly and willing to serve tellers. Now their service is no longer the same. They don't really care. Best td service are Oakridge and black tower in downtown Vancouver. In summary, I would suggest if they cannot serve everyone to lock the doors by a certain time. Don't let people in and give them false sense of confidence that they will be serve just because they are inside the bank already. Communication is the key to good customer service.
They don’t care about lineup, ,every time i here ,bad experience
I have been a long-time client with td bank. in general, the td bank has been a great institution to deal with. I own a business in chwk for over 20 years. I have always dealt with my personal small td bank business adviser; he is very good at his job. if I had a request, he tried to help me to the best of his ability, sometimes with good result and sometimes with not so good result, honest to the point. my last request he was not able to help as it was a more for the commercial department, so he referred me to this branch, and passed my name to a commercial associate at your bank. This is when things went downhill, I have never dealt with a more Inco pendent individual in all my dealings with the td bank. Starting with my personal small business associate at td telling me that the commercial associate he referred me to would call me, that he spoke to him about my situation. After a few days, and after numerous calls from me to this commercial associate I received no call , it finally took me calling my old friend, my small business adviser and him asking this commercial associate to return my call, that finally we got a call back. After that once he knew what I needed, he said he will work on. 3 mouths latter, after hearing him say constantly next week, tomorrow, after 2 times having to complain about him to a supervisor that he is not returning calls or emails or keeping us up to date , after waiting more than 5 days one time for him to return my calls or emails, after telling me for the last 3 weeks that it looks ,it's a go, he is just dotting his I, crossing his T, numerous times, guarantying it was going to happen, after I said to him a few times, should I try somewhere else, him saying no, things look good, things changed . I believe after me complaining to a supervisor, he finally started to work on it, roughly 2 months into it. that is when he really started asking me questions on my request that made sense there were also numerous phone calls from him to my account so he could understand the Finacial's statements, because he could not understand or figure it out, coming down to my accountant saying to me he believed the commercial associate did not know how to read a balance sheet. than he started to change his tune, finally with sorry not going to be able to help with our request. I am ok with no, it happens, as we just did not qualify for the td bank to help us, but the way this guy kept us going, I believe with no idea with what he is doing and saying to me after, I screwed up, does not feel good and its very unprofessional . I would advise to anyone if you are thinking of walking in this bank to get commercial help, turn and run away as fast you can
The wait time is unbelievably slow compared to the other td branches, line ups end up leading all the way back outside. Would not recommend this bank unless you are in the area and its urgent.
