Service itself is not that bad once you get to the counter. however, mostly under staffed and poorly run branch. oftentimes the lineup would be to the door and yet only one or two tellers would be working. I find we receive very poor service in general in brampton because we are too nice and don't complain loud enough. They can't get away with this anywhere else.

Used to visit Markham Rd branch in Scarborough, one of the most efficient one. This one is totally opposite. I think slowest brach ever. I avoid this branch to save my time.

Worst branch ever. I had an issue with my account that this branch refused to resolve. Spoke to a manager name Nadia Ahmed who refused to resolve my issue. Couldn't believe that they wouldn't even attempt to resolve the issue and they basically told me that I couldn't be helped. Went to a next TD branch up the road resolved in 1 minute!!! I guess this branch doesn't care for your business. And this particular manager doesn't have sufficient training on how to resolve issues and how to make customers happy. I will never go back to this branch!

Very slow service this branch no body care Custamer . Staff is slow working .. no good serives...

The other reviews are right. Worst Td Branch. Went Saturday morning and couldn't get any service. Because of this location I will be closing all my accounts with td.
