Staff is very unfriendly. The branch opens at 8 am (Monday). Two staff ladies got inside the branch at 8:02 and locked it. Customers were coming and leaving because of the locked doors. At 8:12 they finally opened the door. When asked that they should have at least open the door and let customer have seats instead of standing outside, the lady said they were not allowed because of the security reasons and the exposed cash. Ridiculous. If that's true they should have come earlier to make sure the branch door opens at the right time. I have accounts with td for last 15 years but now I'm seriously thinking of moving them out somewhere else.

This branch is a disgrace to the TD brand. As a former TD employee, I know that TD strives to be the industry leader in customer experience. Unfortunately, the employees at this location are not only unfriendly, they are rude. The older blonde receptionist is especially ill-mannered. I was so put off my visits to this branch (which is unfortunately the closest one to my house) that I am considering moving my personal and business accounts (as well as credit cards and mortgage) to another bank. Simply unacceptable!

I had a persistent problem with my account and this branch specifically kept brushing me off telling me to call other places to have it fixed because no one knew how to fix it (even the manager). After 3 failed attempts I finally went to another branch in another city and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes by actually looking at my problem... Every time I come here I feel like everyone is new and that they don't actually want to help me. I will not be returning here.

PICK UP YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!! I've been calling for the last hour and no one wants to pick up or reply back to my voicemail. This is so annoying!!!!!!

Watch out for bad drivers at this location. The layout of the plaza parking lot makes it difficult for morons to maneuver, making it difficult for everyone else.
