TD Bank

this is literally the slowest branch ever. it's 830 and they still won't open their doors. in addition to this, many other visits have been equally painful. not enough tellers who speak english, slow tellers at that. poor management skills. only gave it one star because they wont allow me to give it none!

Worst branch ever. I had an issue with my account that this branch refused to resolve. Spoke to a manager name Nadia Ahmed who refused to resolve my issue. Couldn't believe that they wouldn't even attempt to resolve the issue and they basically told me that I couldn't be helped. Went to a next TD branch up the road resolved in 1 minute!!! I guess this branch doesn't care for your business. And this particular manager doesn't have sufficient training on how to resolve issues and how to make customers happy. I will never go back to this branch!

Waited at customer service desk as the teller.told me to and she comes to tell me there is no line there while I have a newborn waiting in my car
