When you have an appointment for 1pm with a financial advisor, the financial advisor happens to be on the phone with another customer for half an hour although he was made aware of my presence on time and at 12:50. So it is always better to show up half an hour later so you will be on time for the bank.

Ridiculous. Wanted to pay my scotia bank Mastercard . Since I don't have a Scotia account they wanted I.d.
 And charged 3.00 .  I was paying their master card . Do at every month at other location no questions. Also.as I walk in someone there ready to pounce to open account .
