this branch is highly recommended. all the staff is super warm hearted to help their clients. especially the manager David. He spent his time help me solving my TFSA issue and this issue was not even caused from his branch. He is very responsibile. with such a good manager, i am sure, this branch will meet clients' expectation. highly recomended!

I had an awesome experience opening an account. Good customer service; Tom was professional , pleasant and super helpful and the process wasn’t long at all.

I found the TD team in this branch very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They booked me an appointment on a short notice with a welcoming tone and the reception was great. I'd like to thank particularly Mr. Sina Paykan who I was booked an appointment with and I met in person. He is a very kind person, patient, carefully listening to client's needs and issues and trying his best to address all the items. I really felt that the client satisfaction is the first priority and I was very impressed.

The people as far as I could tell have been consistently nice, but just as consistently they are extremely slow. If I ever go in and there is no line up, I will buy a lottery ticket.

10909 Younge St. Is poor at customer service . Staff had no interest in providing quick service. 2 of the 4 tellers did nothing for the 10 minutes I observed until I left and went to a different branch. Service there was quick and friendly.

I went to this branch and was treated terribly. They had 2 tellers who were not well informed or willing to help with a simple RRSP deposit. It’s the last day to contribute so it might be a good idea to staff the bank with informed tellers. After trying to ask for help with my deposit 4 times, I was told to sit down and wait for another representative. I offered information relating to my transaction - which I have done every year for the last 10yrs, but was told repeatedly and rudely that I couldn’t make my cash deposit. I then had to wait 40 minutes before a manager would help me. She then proceeded to tell me that the tellers could have made my deposit! This branch is unconcerned with service standards and offered a trite insincere apology for their atrocious disregard for time and their clients. Worst banking experience to date.

This 1 star rating is aimed at ONE particular so called "financial advisor" that I unfortunately had to tolerate twice in the recent past! I had 2 unfortunate experiences with this ultra rude and judgemental "financial advisor" who crossed the line with me twice by judging my personal choices towards monetary expenditure. Additionally, this person uttered the following sentences in reference to certain investment schemes that I wanted more details on: 1 "Get prepared to part with numerical figure dollars" 2 "You are a highly conservative investor" 3 "There is no point showing you other investment schemes as the risk is too high for you". Why was I denied information pertaining to various investment schemes? Why was I shown only 1 scheme and conditioned to accept it? What was worse is that the branch manager, who was in a tearing hurry to go home, interfered and lectured me on the same investment scheme. This is the NADIR of customer service! People, please be on high alert when dealing with this "financial advisor" as you could be humiliated during a conversation!

Been a TD customer for 30 years. Some staff is great but bad apples interrogate about "where my money is going" when I withdrawal the money they gladly held for years. Others are nosy about deposits claiming they have a "right to know." Manager laughed and joked about my concerns.
