I recognize that TD is making an effort triaging customers to lessen the wait time, however, the execution could use improvement. There is always this woman ?customer experience manager who approaches customers in line and ask a lot of personal questions. This approach seems quite insensitive to customer privacy and confidentiality. Additionally, she provided incorrect information when I mentioned that I also have business with another bank.
Extremely frustrated with the service at this branch. I went in to make an internal transfer between my TD accounts and they forgot to send my signed paper work to their back office so the transfer never proceeded. Nobody told me that the transfer was rejected, I had to go into the branch and ask about it. They then told me to call Direct Investing instead of visiting the branch to check the status of the transfer THEY initiated. It took over 4 weeks for my money to be transferred while they claimed it would only take 3-5 business days.nnThis branch has lost my trust in their ability to perform basic banking services and manage my money.
I do not go to the branch very often, mostly to manage some investments. The financial advisor that I used to deal with was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately that person retired.nnI went to the bank last week to make a change with my accounts. The advisor filled some forms, I signed them, and it seemed to be done. but a couple of days later I got a voice message from the financial advisor that he missed something and I needed to make appointment to go to the branch again to complete the process.nObviously i have to go to the branch. But if I have to go to the bank multiple times to arrange something simple, it breaks my trust in the branch and the bank handling my finances.
I don't go to this branch often but have to say they have amazing people working there. Abhi is always pretty knowledgeable about diverse products and delivers an exceptional service. Keep up the good work!
This TD branch service is like garbage, they have no respect to customer whatsoever. I want to transfer my mortgage to other bank, TD instantly treats me as enemy and stop any cooperation with it's competitor bank release necessary document and hang up my phone. it is so rude. I will transfer out all my business with TD, never work with them again.
