I have been calling this branch for the last 7 days,  left a message,  never get a call back.  Seems like nobody answer the phone. So disappointed.

Slow, slow, slow... Inexperienced staff working under equally inexperienced managers.  Bag a lunch and bring a book because you're gonna be there for a while!

Remember banking hours?  Cibc does.  I raced to get there after work but they already had closed at 4:45.  They stopped staffing this branch.  If you are lucky they might have 2 people working here.  It is so slow they started supplying books to read in line while you wait

Nice people who continue the CIBC tradition of being unhelpful, apparently unable to identify me with multiple ID, recent transactions and both my bank cards.  This is not the only bad customer service experience, but they were nice but incompetent.

I have never in my life experienced such terrible service.  Don’t bother leaving a message as nobody will call you back.  I have encountered so many hurdles and roadblocks from staff.  Absolutely no understanding of circumstances and failure to assist with longtime clients needs.  Don’t recommend this CIBC location at all.
